Re: Immediate National Forensic Audit of all Hospital Records and Out Patient records pertaining to Covid Patients/Covid Injections

I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, issue this Royal Decree effective today, January 14, 2022 and retroactive July 1, 2019

This Royal decree orders the following Ministries/Departments to form a joint task force:

1) Armed Forces/Special Forces of the Kingdom of Canada - Medical Team Division/Unit

2) Global Allied Special Forces in the Kingdom of Canada,

3) Earth Defense Forces in the Kingdom of Canada

4) Department of Internal Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

5) Department of National Defense (DND) of the Kingdom of Canada,

And to immediately conduct forensic audits of all Hospitals and Out Patient records (paper and digital) in the Kingdom of Canada pertaining to:

Covid Injections

Covid Patients

Covid Admission (24 hours emergency rooms)

Covid Death Certificates

Covid Expenses

Hospital Managements expenses, allowances, bonuses

Hospital Revenues, expenses, inventories, profit and loss

Intensive Care Units records of Covid Patients

Ambulance Records / 911 Calls / Police Records – first responders

Pharmacies Covid injection Records

Mobile injection sites

Drive thru injections sites

Walk - in clinics/Community Clinics

Doctors General Practice Offices/Clinics

Seniors Care Facilities (private and public)

School Nurses records

All Ministries of Health/Departments of Health

All Health Regions Records/Offices/Officers

Special Note #1: All affected Departments/Ministries are hereto ordered to cooperate and provide financial resources and or manpower if and when required.

Special Note #2: Arrest anyone responsible for the falsifications of Patients Records/Hospital Records and those whom gave orders to their subordinates to perform the manipulation of such records.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
