To the Attention of: 1) We The People of the Kingdom of Canada 2) Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Canada 3) Global Allied Special Forces in the Kingdom of Canada 4) The Kingdom of Canada’s Special Forces 5) Department of National Defense (DND) 6) Treasury Department of the Kingdom of Canada/Ministry of Finance. 7) National Treasury Bank of the Kingdom of Canada 8) Rightful/Lawful National Government of the US 9) Department of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

Re: International Arrest Warrant issued by the International Court (criminal division – Crimes by church and State) and the seventy-five (75) named individuals/persons and their assets.

I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, issue this Royal Decree effective today, January 21, 2022 and retroactive July 1, 1867.

With respect to the International Arrest Warrant issued by the International Court to Canadian individuals (listed in the Court’s verdict)…

To all departments/ministries and agencies concerned to please do the following:

a) Arrest the individuals whose name has been issued an International Arrest Warrant for genocide and crimes against humanity.

b) Cancel and confiscate any and all Passports (including diplomatic passports)

c) Cancel any and all Diplomatic immunity worldwide

d) Place the named individuals on a no-fly list

e) Arrest the named individuals at any time they appear at any ports (Air, Land, and Sea) to exit/enter the Kingdom of Canada.

f) Hold the individuals until further instruction has been received from the International Court.

g) Freeze all Bank Accounts in their names

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
