I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, Issue this Royal Decree effective today January 20, 2022 RETROACTIVE July 1, 1867 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, 

I hereby Decree THE CEASE AND DESIST OF, AND DEATH PENALTY FOR THE USE OF:  ALL INJECTIONS / MEDICATIONS / MRNA THERAPIES which Targets, Alters, and DESTROYS the Mucosa of the LUNG and all MAJOR ORGANS in HUMAN SPECIES and ANIMALS.
