UNLAWFUL ENFORCEMENT of USE, of MASK both in Public and Private Settings NOTE: EXEMPTIONS are 1) Construction Sites where DUST MASKS are used. 2) Dentists Office during ORAL Procedures 3) Hospitals Operations Rooms (OR) only.
