Promotion, Dissemination, and selling of, “RACE THEORY MATERIALS” in any form in Canada and to Canadians is UNLAWFUL. The PENALTY FOR VIOLATING this Royal Decree includes REVOCATION Of Business Licenses, immediate Closure of said Business/Facilities and a minimum 30 YEARS Imprisonment WITHOUT BAIL OR PAROLE.

#02 SEX EDUCATION - SCHOOL CURRICULUM (PRIVATE/PUBLIC) Re: SEX EDUCATION – School Curriculum (Private/Public), Effective today, Students taking “SEX EDUCATION CLASSES” must meet the MINIMUM AGE requirement of 24 YEARS OLD AGE or OLDER. The PENALTY for Violating this Royal Decree minimum 30 YEARS Imprisonment Without BAIL or PAROLE (first offense), and LIFE TIME IMPRISONMENT (Second offense).

03# AGE OF CONSENT (SEXUAL RELATIONS) Re: AGE OF CONSENT (SEXUAL RELATIONS) Effective today, the Lawful Age of consent to SEXUAL RELATIONS is 24 YEARS OLD or OLDER. Banks/Financial Institutions/Cooperative Memberships Banks, Money lender Companies (Domestic + International) are hereby ordered to Immediately Cease and Desist ALL Residential and Commercial Property Foreclosures in Canada. Penalties for violating this Royal Decree is Five_Billion_Canadian_Dollars ($5,000,000,000.00) DAILY, and shall have their License revoked, and assets seized.

08# CORPORATIONS/FOUNDATIONS/NGOS/COOPERATIVES/ETC, IN CANADA. Retroactive – May 28, 2021. It is unlawful for Corporation/Foundations/NGO/Cooperatives/etc, in Canada to require their staff (paid or volunteer) to have CORONAVIRUS Injections/wear masks/take PCR tests, in order to continue employment. An Employee’s /Volunteer’s refusal to inject poison (experimental drug) into his or her body is NOT a lawful cause to terminate employment.This includes causing an employee/volunteer to Inject, under DURESS, herself/himself of the experimental drug (coronavirus injection). 10# CANADA BORDER SERVICES AGENCY (CBSA) CBSA, is prohibited from requesting proof of CORONA VIRUS-19 Vaccination passport from travelers entering and departing Canada 2.0. In addition, quarantine and masking requirements for travelers (foreigners and Canadians) must be halted immediately. Doing so renders CBSA an active participant in intentional GENOCIDE and Crimes against humanity. These crimes carry Death PENALTY in Canada 2.0 and around the world. Be it known, the Licenses of Centre for Disease Control of Canada (CDC) is hereby revoked inclusive all of its Subsidiaries. CDC Canada is prohibited from issuing public health guidelines/recommendations Nationwide. This order is retroactive May 28, 2021.

12# CANADIAN FOOD INSPECTION AGENCY (CFIA) Re: (Federal/Provincial/Territorial) Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Be it known, the Licenses of Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), is hereby revoked inclusive all of its Subsidiaries. CFIA Canada is prohibited from issuing public health guidelines/recommendations Nationwide. Furthermore, collaboration between US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Canada, and CFIA are hereby revoked. This order is retroactive May 28, 2021.

13# CANADIAN MILITARY GENERALS/OFFICERS I, Queen Romana of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree reinstating in full at their previous post(s) and ranks ALL Canadian Military Generals and Officers falsely accused of sexual misconduct / politically persecuted. This Royal Decree is retroactive to the date and time the Generals/Officers were unlawfully dismissed from their positions and ranks. Furthermore, all promotions which directly resulted from such unlawful dismissal of these persecuted Generals/Officers are hereby rescinded.

14# SCHOOL CLOSURES. Re: SUSPENSION of all Business Licenses and Operating of all Public and Private Schools in Canada, To whom it may concern, I, Queen Romana of Canada, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief, and Head of Government hereby issue this Royal Decree prohibiting all academic and non-academic Schools including Day Care Centres from operating in the School year 2021 to 2022. Note: Home Schools are exempt from this Royal Decree prohibitions under the following conditions: Students and Teachers must not be required to: a) Wear Masks, b) Do PCR tests or c) Be vaccinated. Penalty for failing to adhere to this Royal Decree is DEATH; TRIAL VIA MILITARY TRIBUNAL.
